Return & Refund:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

• Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

• We currently ship within the UK only.

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Estimated delivery: 3–10 working days via Royal Mail or Evri.

• Tracking information will be sent via email once dispatched.

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
