NEXT STEPS
Once we receive an application, our team will carefully review all submitted materials to assess suitability for representation. We look for individuals with strong potential, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the industry. If we feel the applicant could be a good fit for our agency, we will reach out within 2–3 weeks to arrange an audition. During this stage, we’ll get to know the applicant better, discuss their goals, and provide more details about what it means to be represented by Aurum Talent Group. If successful, the applicant will then be invited to join our roster, sign a representation agreement, and begin the exciting journey of building their career with our guidance and support.

All successful applicants will be provided with clear contracts and guidance, and minors will require parental or guardian consent.
