Welcome to Aurum Talent Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
Aurum Talent Group offers talent representation, casting submissions, and related agency services. We work to secure auditions and roles for our clients but cannot guarantee employment.
Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself.
You authorize us to represent you and submit your details to casting directors and production companies.
You agree to promptly inform us of any changes to your contact or personal information.
You understand that you must attend auditions and work responsibly if offered roles.
Commission and Payments
Aurum Talent Group takes a commission of 15% to 20% on any work we secure for you.
Payments for work secured through us will be made directly to you by the production company or employer.
We do not accept payment on your behalf.
Our commission is deducted from your earnings as agreed in separate contracts.
Exclusivity
Representation by Aurum Talent Group is non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may seek representation from other agencies concurrently.
Confidentiality
We will keep your personal information confidential and only share it with third parties relevant to your career with your consent.
You agree not to disclose confidential casting details or job information to others without our permission.
Social Media and Publicity
You agree not to post or share any confidential job or casting information on social media or public platforms before official release.
You grant Aurum Talent Group permission to use your images, reels, and information for promotional purposes unless you specify otherwise in writing.
Termination
Either party may terminate the representation agreement at any time by giving written notice.
Termination does not affect commissions owed for work secured before termination.
Breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination.
Limitation of Liability
Aurum Talent Group is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our services or loss of work opportunities.
We do not guarantee the success of auditions or employment.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
