Returns:

You have 14 Days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation)

We do not accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Sale items or custom/personalised items
• Items returned after 14 days from delivery

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:

• Your refun will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 buisness days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Please email us at support@aurumtalentgroup.com within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include a clear photo and your order number
• We'll offer a replacement, refund, or credit at no extra cost to you

 

Refund Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless items are faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked service - we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

 Processing Times:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• During peak times (e.g., new launches or holiday seasons), processing may take up to 5 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

UK Shipping:

• Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): £3.99
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £6.99

Free standard shipping on all orders over £50.

 

 Tracking Your Order:

All orders are sent with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package has been shipped. If you haven’t received it within 5 days of ordering, please contact us.

 

 Missed Deliveries / Delays:

• If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave a collection card.
• ATG is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal service issues, or extreme weather conditions.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels:

• If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all within 14 business days (UK) or 21 business days (international), email us with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.
